Patent Architecture

The SafeStep AI Patent Architecture

SafeStep AI establishes a continuously operating behavioural intelligence and AI governance environment designed for use beyond direct institutional supervision. The architecture does not merely generate recommendations. It determines whether artificial intelligence is authorised to act, what level of authority it may exercise, when its authority must be restricted, and when responsibility must transfer to an authorised human specialist.

The PCT expansion positions SafeStep AI as a governance and orchestration layer that supervises, validates, controls and audits AI operating within regulated environments. It evaluates identity, consent, behavioural risk, jurisdiction, organisational policy and mandatory human-supervision requirements before allowing an AI output to proceed.
